CHEER FIT

 It is a fun, structured, intense cheer conditioning class designed to help athletes better prepare for competition season. This class will include a variety of workouts as well as focus on flexibility, strength, power, and jump technique. This class will help athletes work towards hyper extended jumps, powerful tumbling, and overall promote athleticism. No registration required. $5 Per Class. Fridays 12:00 - 12:50. Starting 06/03/22.
