All-Star Elite Cheer is a high-energy, team-based, performance sport that is athletic, artistic and acrobatic. It involves athletes competing with a 2 and a 1/2 minute routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance and cheer segments. Elite seasons run June-March. Teams practice twice a week. Teams travel to 4-5 competitions a season.
Tiny All-Star
The Tiny All-Star Level is for athletes 6 and under. This program is designed to introduce All-Star to athletes and help them gain the skills necessary to be competitive. Our coaches will focus on teaching athletes teamwork, confidence, as well as tumbling, stunt and dance skills. No experience is needed.

Mini All-Star Level is for ages 8 and under. The Mini All-Star level focuses on continuing all-star skills for athletes graduating from tiny-level or teaching them to new athletes. Our coaches will continue to emphasize working as a team, dedication and hard work, as well as stunting, tumbling and dance skills. No experience is needed.

Youth All-Star
Youth All-Star Level Prep is for ages 11 and under. The Youth level focuses on more advanced tumbling, stunting and dance skills. Team work, dedication, discipline and leadership are focused life skills at this level. Athletes will also work more on conditioning, strength training, and core power at this level. No experience is needed.

JUnior All-StaR
Junior All-Star Level Prep is for ages 14 and under. The Junior level focuses higher difficulty levels in tumbling, stunting and dance skills. Team work, dedication, discipline and leadership are focused life skills at this level. Athletes will also work more on conditioning, strength training, and core power at this level. No experience is needed.

Senior All-StaR
Senior All-Star Level ages 14-18. It is the highest level of competition and has the most diverse and difficult elements of tumbling, stunting and dance skills. Team work, dedication, discipline and leadership are focused life skills at this level. Athletes will also work more on conditioning, strength training, and core power at this level. No experience is needed.
