drop in classes

Drop in classes are pop-up classes that you do not need to register for. It is $10 cash per athlete.

Cheer Fit: It is a fun, structured, intense cheer conditioning class designed to help athletes better prepare for competition season. This class will include a variety of workouts as well as focus on flexibility, strength, power, and jump technique. This class will help athletes work towards hyper extended jumps, powerful tumbling, and overall promote athleticism.

Flyer & Flexibilty: This class will be complete with drills, stretching, and time in the air with experienced bases to help improve flying skills. Athletes will work on proper stretching techniques to improve upon their body positions such as arabesques, heel stretches, skills, bows, scorpions, and needles. As well as learn level-appropriate load-ins and dismounts.

Open Gym: Open Gym is a free time for athletes to master skills they are working on.
