Beginner Tumbling Schedule:

Advanced Beginner Tumbling
Advanced Beginner tumbling is for those who have mastered Beginner Tumbling skills and will focus on balance, flexibility and focus on front and back walk overs, while emphasizing core strength training needed for more advanced skills

Beginner Tumbling
Beginner Tumbling is for ages 6 and up. Athletes will learn basic tumble skills, increase balance and fine motor skills while learning the techniques for forward and backward rolls, bridges, hand-stands, cartwheels and round-offs. Strength building will be a focus to be able to master harder skills in more advanced classes

Intermediate/Advanced Level Tumbling
Intermediate tumbling will focus on strength and more dynamic tumbling skills of walk overs, hand springs, aerials and combination skills such as round-offs into back handsprings. INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING REQUIRES A FREE PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT.

Advance tumbling is a specially designed for those who have mastered basic and intermediate tumbling skills. Advance tumbling will focus on precision technique and skills of back tucks, forward tucks, and lay-outs, to include the strength and conditioning required to due combination sequences such as round-off/back handspring/back tuck. *ADVANCE TUMBLING REQUIRES A FREE PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT.

Dance Tumbling
​
Dance Tumbling is designed to work on flexibility, balance and precision technique in those tumbling skills most often used in contemporary, jazz and hip-hop dance. These skills would include aerials, side flips, walk overs and hand springs. Beginner dance is for those who still need to master the basics up to walk-overs. Intermediate are for dancers who are working on walk-overs and higher skills. Advanced are for dancers who have mastered walk-overs and working on handsprings, tucks and aerials.

Gym will be on Summer break July 1st-7th. The Summer Schedule will begin on May 31st and ends on August 21st. No Classes on August 13th & 14th due to elite cheer choreography.

*Bills will be pro-rated for holiday closures. Free Open Gym will be given for canceled
classes due to weather (snow/ice) or instructor illnesses.

OPEN GYM for SUMMER Session:
Open Gym is a free time for athletes to master skills they are working on. It is only open to those who are enrolled in Spring class or in our All Star Cheer program. It will be billed at $5 a visit. The instructor will leave 5 minutes after the start of open gym if there is no one there to participate for that session. (All Star Cheer leaders can attend open gym free of charge, it is included in your monthly tuition)
