PRESCHOOL TUMBLING

This class is for our younger athletes ages 2-5! Athletes will develop body awareness, coordination, and balance while beginning to learn the basic tumble skills like handstands, backwards rolls, cartwheels, and more.

Thursdays 5:00-5:50pm

LEVEL 1 TUMBLING

Level 1 Tumbling classes are beginner classes for ages 4 and up. Athletes will learn basic tumbling skills, increase balance and flexibility, and practice techniques needed for higher level skills.

Mondays 4:00-4:50pm

Tuesdays 5:00-5:50pm

Wednesdays 5:00-5:50pm

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING

Level 2 Tumbling classes are for athletes who have mastered the beginner tumbling skills. In Level 2 we focus on walk-overs, flexibility, core strength training, and more.

Mondays 5:00-5:50pm

Tuesdays 4:00-4:50pm

Wednesdays 4:00-4:50pm

Thursdays 4:00-4:50pm

LEVEL 3 TUMBLING

Level 3 Tumbling classes focus on intermediate tumbling skills like handsprings, aerials, and combination skills. Athletes must have all Level 2 skills before taking this class.

Mondays 4:00-4:50pm

Tuesdays 7:50-8:40pm

Friday 4:00-4:50pm

LEVEL 4 TUMBLING

Level 4 Tumbling classes are advanced classes specifically designed for athletes who have mastered basic intermediate tumbling skills. This class focuses on precision technique and skills like back tucks.

Mondays 4:00-4:50pm

Wednesdays 4:00-4:50pm

Fridays 5:00-5:50pm

LEVEL 5 TUMBLING

Level 5 Tumbling classes are invite only. Athletes participating in these classes will be working on twisting elements such as halves, fulls, whips, and more.



Thursdays 7:50-8:40pm

FLYER FLEXIBILITY

Flyer Flexibility will help train athletes to hit the necessary body positions required for competitive teams.

Mondays 6:00-6:30pm
