Tumbling classes cater to athletes looking to improve their tumbling skills, including cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and more advanced tumbling passes. These classes are structured to provide progressive instruction, helping athletes build strength, technique, and confidence in their tumbling abilities.

Flyer and Flexibility Classes: Flyer and flexibility classes focus on training athletes who specialize in being lifted and performing stunts in the air. These classes emphasize flexibility training, body positioning, and balance to help flyers execute their roles safely and effectively. Additionally, flexibility exercises enhance overall performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Intro to All Stars: Intro to All Stars programs provide newcomers with a comprehensive introduction to competitive all-star cheerleading. Athletes learn the basic skills and techniques required for cheerleading, including stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dance. These programs are designed to prepare athletes for transitioning into competitive cheerleading teams.

Pre-school Tumbling: Pre-school tumbling classes are tailored for young children to introduce them to the fundamentals of tumbling in a fun and supportive environment. These classes focus on developing coordination, balance, and basic tumbling skills appropriate for preschool-aged children, laying the foundation for future athletic pursuits.

Open Gyms: Open gym sessions offer athletes the opportunity to practice and refine their skills in a supervised environment outside of regular classes and team practices. Participants have access to gym equipment and mats for tumbling, stunting, and conditioning exercises, allowing them to work on specific skills at their own pace.

Private Lessons: Private lessons provide personalized instruction tailored to the individual needs and goals of the athlete. Whether focusing on tumbling, stunting, jumps, or overall skill development, private lessons offer one-on-one attention from experienced coaches to help athletes progress and achieve their objectives more efficiently.

Pop-up Classes: Pop-up classes are specialized workshops or clinics offered periodically to focus on specific skills or techniques. These classes may cover topics such as advanced tumbling, stunt technique, choreography, or competition preparation. Pop-up classes provide athletes with opportunities to fine-tune their skills and broaden their cheerleading expertise beyond regular training sessions.
