Classes Offered

PRE-SCHOOL TUMBLING -FALL ONLY - SEE PRE SCHOOL SUMMER CHEER OPTION

Pre-School Tumbling is for ages 3-5. Athletes will develop body awareness, coordination, and increase balance. They will begin learning basic tumble skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

Level ONE

Level One is a beginner tumbling that is for ages 6 and up. Athletes will learn basic tumble skills, increase balance while learning the techniques for forward and backward rolls, bridges, hand-stands, cartwheels and round-offs, backbends, front limbers. Strength building will be a focus to be able to master harder skills in more advanced classes.

Level Two

Level two is an Advanced Beginner tumbling is for those who have mastered Beginner Tumbling skills and will focus on balance, flexibility and focus on front and back walk overs, while emphasizing core strength training needed for more advanced skills

Level three

Level Three is an Intermediate tumbling will focus on strength and more dynamic tumbling skills of, handsprings, aerials, and combination skills such as round-offs into back handsprings. INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING REQUIRES A FREE PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT.

Level four

Is and Advance tumbling class that is a specially designed for those who have mastered basic and intermediate tumbling skills. Advance tumbling will focus on precision technique and skills of back tucks, forward tucks, and lay-outs, to include the strength and conditioning required to due combination sequences such as round-off/back handspring/back tuck. ADVANCE TUMBLING REQUIRES A FREE PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT.

LEVEL FIVE

Level Five Tumbling is Invite Only. Athletes invited to participate in the class will focus on twisting elements such as halves and fulls, whips, X-Outs, and Arabians.
