AIR TIME

 This class will be complete with drills, stretching, and time in the air with experienced bases to help improve flying skills. This class contains two athletes working with 3-4 coaches for 20 minutes. The scheduled 20 minute time slot is strictly for athletes to receive airtime. Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early to warm-up individually and stay 10 minutes after to work on assigned stretching. Athletes will work on proper stretching techniques to improve upon their body positions such as arabesques, heel stretches, skills, bows, scorpions, and needles. As well as learn level-appropriate load-ins and dismounts.
